If the passenger fails to arrive on time and cannot be contacted, it will be considered a No-Show. The driver may leave, and the full fare will be charged.

Q:Will I be charged a waiting fee if I am late?

A:Yes, waiting fees apply as follows:

Airport Pick-up Service
Within 90 minutes from actual flight landing or scheduled meeting time
From the 91st minute onward, charged every 30 minutes (less than 30 minutes counted as half an hour).
If the driver confirms that the flight has landed and cannot reach the passenger after 90 minutes, the driver may leave and consider it a No-Show.

Q:What happens if I request an additional stop after boarding?

A:Additional stop fees will be charged based on the extra distance:

Q:When should I complete my booking?

A:Reservations must be completed by 12:00 noon on the day before the ride. For holidays of three consecutive days or more, bookings must be made at least seven business days in advance.

Q:How are last-minute or emergency bookings handled?

A:Divided into the following three situations based on time::

Q:Can I change or cancel my booking?

A:Yes, changes or cancellations are allowed, but fees may apply depending on the notice time:

Q:In case of traffic jams or missed flights, will the company be responsible?

A:No. Please evaluate the traffic conditions and the time needed for your flight in advance. The company will not be held responsible for any delays caused by force majeure (e.g., traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns).

Q:What happens if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit?

A:If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the original vehicle’s capacity and cannot be accommodated, passengers will need to make their own arrangements. The company will not dispatch an additional vehicle or change the assigned vehicle type.

Q:Is a child safety seat required?

A:Yes. Child seats are required, and the fees are as follows:

Q:Is a meet-and-greet pick-up service available?

A:Yes. A meet-and-greet pick-up service with a name sign is available for an additional NT$200 per trip. Please provide the sign content when making your reservation.

Q:Is there an additional charge for nighttime transfers?

A:Yes. An additional NT$200 per trip will be charged for transfers between 22:00 and 06:00, calculated based on the scheduled flight time.

Q:Is insurance coverage included with the ride?

A:Yes. Each passenger is covered by passenger liability insurance of up to NT$5.5 million, ensuring a safe and worry-free ride.

Q:Is tax included in the quoted fare, and are there any extra fees?

A:All quoted prices are before tax.
